Order processing

1. Orders placed in our online shop are processed in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

2. Orders carried out by delivery to a selected location, we realize within working days, through professional carriers.

3. Orders carried out by personal collection, we realize during the working days, in our office.

4. The delivery of goods to the carrier or to the premises of the shop in the case of personal collection takes place within the time specified in the goods card.

The time of delivery to the carrier or to the headquarters of the shop should be added to the time of delivery, which is usually 1 working day.

5. The time limit for delivery of the Goods starts.

  1. from the moment we send you a confirmation of acceptance of your order for processing - if you have chosen the method of payment on delivery of the goods,
  2. when we have received your payment if you have chosen to pay in advance.

6. We consider working days to be Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

7. You can only modify an order before it is dispatched.

You cannot make changes to your order after the order has been received by the carrier. Making changes to the order is possible by telephone contact at the following telephone numbers: 781 353 535 or 52 372 26 07, and by email at: dingogear-shop.com.pl.
