For orders over 150 PLN the cost of shipping within Poland is covered by the Seller.

1. How can I pay for the goods purchased in the e-shop Dingo Gear?

As a form of payment you can choose: payment by bank transfer, payment on delivery - "cash on delivery" or payment by card.
-Choosing payment "cash on delivery" - you pay the courier on delivery of the goods. An amount of 20 PLN is added to this form of payment if the value of purchases is below 150 PLN.
-When choosing payment by bank transfer, you should transfer the entire amount to the account number specified in the email. Please state your order number as the title of the transfer. The parcel is completed after the order is placed and sent out not before the money reaches our account. Receipts are checked several times a day.
-Paying by card or bank transfer via PayU.pl (PayU SA company) -> the money is immediately on our shop's account.

2. Where can I find the account number to which I should transfer the money?

Information about the account number is sent by us in an e-mail. The email with the account number and the order number is sent automatically when the order is placed correctly. The package will be dispatched once the payment has been received into our account and the order has been completed.

3. Can I obtain a VAT invoice for the purchased goods, and where should I apply for it?

Yes. In order to receive a VAT invoice, you need to provide us with your exact company details and let us know in the comments when you place your order that you want us to issue an invoice for the products you ordered.

4. Are the prices on the website current and do they include tax?

The prices listed on our website include VAT. The price next to the product is the purchase price (gross). After placing your order online, you will receive the product at the price you paid for it at the time of purchase.

How can I receive the ordered goods and what are the shipping costs?

The ordered goods are delivered by the DPD courier company.
In order to calculate the price you need to "throw" the product into the basket. The cost of delivery in Poland for orders over 150 PLN is covered by the Seller. If the amount of the order is less than 150 PLN, the order value is increased by the following shipping costs:

20 zł DPD courier on delivery
17 zł courier DPD after prepayment
0 zł personal collection - Personal collection in our stationary shop is free of charge - payment for the products is made directly upon receipt of the order (in cash). For personal collection we invite you to the company Dingo Sp. z o.o. on Ołowiana 22 Bydgoszcz on weekdays from 8:00 to 15:00.

6. What are the costs of shipping outside Polish borders?

The cost of delivery to the European countries included in the list is in accordance with the DPD price list and is covered by the Customer regardless of the value of the shopping basket.

We do not send COD orders outside Poland.

7. Is it possible to agree with the courier on a specific time of delivery?

E-shop Dingo Gear has no influence on the specific time of delivery to the recipient. If you are particularly keen on such a solution then please contact the representative of the courier company. When the package leaves the warehouse we send an e-mail with the number of the consignment note.

8. Is it possible to collect the goods or make a purchase in person?

We are an internet shop and the sale of our products takes place mainly via our website. You can collect the goods in person after the earlier arrangement of the date/completion of the parcel, in Bydgoszcz at 22 Ołowiana Street.

9. What is the delivery time of an order?

Time of receiving the parcel = time of completing the parcel + time of delivery
Delivery time means the number of working days for the product to be ready for shipment from our warehouse.
The delivery time depends on the courier company and is usually the next working day after the package leaves the warehouse.

We try to deliver the goods to the customer within 48 hours from the moment of placing an order on working days until 2 p.m.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the above deadline is extended by the time of the transfer.
It happens that the product is temporarily unavailable. In such a situation, the customer is informed about the lack of the product within 24 hours. Then we individually look for the most convenient solution.
Please note that the time of completion and delivery of orders does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

10. When and how can I return ordered goods?

If it turns out that the ordered product would not meet your expectations, then in accordance with consumer law, any product purchased in the shop Dingo Gear can be returned without giving any reason. A customer who has entered into an off-premises contract may withdraw from it without giving any reason, making a statement in writing (return document), within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. The return should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt. The goods shall be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased, together with the proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) and the account details to which the Seller shall return the purchase cost of the returned goods. The cost of shipping with the returned goods is covered by the Customer.

-If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller will refund the value of the order within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the account specified by the Customer in the statement of withdrawal.

-The goods should be sent back to the address: Dingo Gear online shop, 22 Olowiana Street, 85-461 Bydgoszcz. The shop does not accept shipments sent back on delivery.

-The Seller may withhold the return of payments received from the Customer until receipt of the item or until the Customer provides the Seller with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

11. Is it possible to check the content of the parcel before paying the courier?

The parcels are delivered by an independent shipping company and the couriers have the right to refuse to open the parcel before payment as their duty is only to deliver the parcel intact from the sender to the recipient. However, it is possible to open the parcel in the presence of the courier, after payment of the amount charged and receipt of receipt of the parcel. In the event of any discrepancies being found, a discrepancy protocol is drawn up by the courier which is the basis for a later complaint.

12. How will i know when i receive the parcel?

Information about the departure of the package from our warehouse will be sent in an e-mail. After receiving such an e-mail you should expect the delivery on the next working day.

13. What does my order status mean?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive the first order confirmation e-mail from us. In this e-mail, you will find important information such as your account number (in the case of payment by bank transfer), your order number and the amount to be paid. Then your first status is "order accepted". If you have not received any e-mail from us - please contact us. Remember not to make a transfer if you do not receive an email with your order number.
"On hold ( waiting for payment )" - we are waiting for your transfer.

"In progress" means that we are starting to complete your order.

"Completed" indicates that your package has been shipped to you and is expected the following day.

14. Do I have to set up an account with your shop first to make purchases?

You do not need to register or set up an account to buy in our shop.

15. I want to cancel an order or change something in it, how can I do that?

Cancellations and any changes to orders are made through the shop staff. Contact us by email or telephone, quoting your order number.
