MEASURING NOTES

• By the length of the muzzle we mean the dimension from the inside of the basket to the end of the upper part of the felt insert lining the muzzle.
• The length indicated in the table above should be 0.5 to 1.0 cm greater than the actual length of the dog's muzzle. Thanks to this, we will prevent the dog's nose from coming into contact with the surface of the muzzle.
• The circumference in the case of physiological muzzles is a secondary value because the baskets used in them are larger compared to other models. They have been designed in such a way as to enable the dog to optimally thermoregulate (by panting) and satisfy basic physiological needs (e.g. drinking water)
• Measuring the muzzle should be done close to the dog's eyes.
